How can I order?
The ordering process in our online shop is as easy as buying from a physical store. Select a category from the main menu and browse our products. You can also choose to click directly on the first image of each product category.
Browse the products category and when you find a product you like, click on it to view the page providing its detailed description. From there, click on “Add to Cart” and the item will be selected for purchase. If you are required to select size, the corresponding option drops to the right of the product image in your shopping cart and you can select the size you want. If however you do not know your size, you can print and try the “size guide” available under the product, for this purpose.
When you finish with your shopping, click “Payment” on the Shopping Cart to start the checkout process.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, it is not necessary to create a personal account to place your order in salamandra.gr. However, when creating a personal account, you have the option to store personal information and shipping addresses so that you do not need to submit this information again every time you place an order.
Can I cancel an order?
This depends on the status of your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel all or part of it. In any case, contact the Customer Service Department first for advice accordingly.
How do I use my Shopping Cart?
Your Shopping cart functions just as it would in a physical store. It contains all the products you have selected to purchase and is the last step before your order. It allows you to monitor, add, and remove items, as you would in a regular store.
How can I see the contents in my Shopping Cart?
To see the items contained in your Shopping Cart, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page. The number you see indicates the items contained in the cart.
How do I add or remove items from my Shopping Cart?
To add an item to your Shopping Cart, click on the button “Add to Shopping Cart”, located in the description of the item. To remove an item, press the bag icon at the top right of the page and then click the “X” icon next to the item you want to remove.
How do I change the quantity of products I want to buy?
To change the quantity of items, go to the “Shopping Cart” page and select the number of items you wish to order under the “Quantity” section.
Where can I see the status of my order?
If you are a registered customer, you can view the status of your order by visiting “My Account” page. Click on “Order Status” to can track the progress of your order until delivery.
If you have placed an order, you will receive a notification email as soon as your order is shipped.
What is My Wish List?
The Wish List is a feature that allows you to add items, which you may want to buy in the future or give as a gift. Products in the Wish List can be transferred to the Shopping Cart at any time. To add an item in the Wish List, click “Add to Wish List”, on the page with the description of the item.
What payment methods are available for my order?
Salamandra provides the following payment methods, to choose the one that suits you best.
• Credit / Debit Card: You can pay safely using any of the following cards.
We consider security of payments as very important, so all credit or debit cardholders are subject to authorization, both by the relevant card issuer and by us.
• Cash on Delivery (Greece & EU Countries): The payment of your order is made upon receipt, by paying the relevant amount to the delivery person of the collaborating courier company. In EU countries, the cash on delivery option has an additional charge of 15€.
• By cash deposit or e-banking at the following financial accounts:
• PAYPAL: When choosing the PayPal payment option, you will be redirected to the PayPal website (online secure transaction system) where you can pay via your PayPal account. The PayPal payment process is fully automated and usually completed within a few minutes.
During that time, no personal information (including the credit card number) is stored at salamandra.gr.
How do I use offer coupons?
To use an offer coupon, you need to enter the coupon code in the relevant field “Do you have an offer coupon?”, found under the Delivery Address at checkout, and click “Update” to calculate the offer. If you just want to check the final price of your order, visit your Shopping Cart and enter the code in the relevant field, above the final price.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped on the business day following their placing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Which courier company will my order be shipped with?
Orders in Greece and abroad are shipped with the courier company ELTA Courier S.A. Delivery times
The delivery time varies depending on the destination country.
Shipping is free for dispatches all over Greece.
Can I specify a different delivery address?
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address if you so wish, for example if your order is a gift.
What if I am absent during delivery?
Before the day of delivery, ELTA Courier S.A. will contact you to confirm that you will be present at the address where you have requested the delivery to take place. If, however, you are absent at the time of delivery, the distributor will leave a note with the contact details of the company, so that you to arrange a new visit at a time that suits you better.
What should I do if I do not receive my package?
If after a reasonable period you have not received your package, please contact ELTA Courier S.A., stating the number of your bill of lading. Should the problem continue, you can contact the Customer Service Department of the Company at firstname.lastname@example.org and enter the shipping number of your order.

How can I order at salamandra.gr?
We tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible. When you finish adding the items you want to purchase in the shopping cart, you can proceed with the purchase, without it being necessary to create an account. Enter your information in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) and proceed with your order. In this screen, the total cost of your order will be displayed and you will be asked to choose a payment method to complete your purchase.
Is VAT included in online shopping?
Yes, VAT is included in online shopping and is incorporated in the price of our products.

How can I see the status of my order?
We notify you via e-mail of any change in your order. However, you can visit your Account to see all your orders and their details.

If you have an offer coupon, you can shop as you would normally do using the special code indicated on the coupon to calculate your discount.
How can I return a product?
All products undergo quality control before shipment to ensure their excellent quality. If upon delivery of products you detect any damage or defect you can request their replacement within three (3) working days from receipt. The company undertakes to replace any problematic products with identical ones. In the above case of return, you shall pay the shipping costs incurred for returning the defective product.

The most common reasons for the system preventing the completion of an order are:

What will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the size of the final parcel. You will always know the shipping cost before the final charging for your order.
How can I know when I will receive my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your unique parcel consignment note code. Enter the number of your bill of lading on the website of ELTA Courier S.A. at www.elta-courier.gr to can see the detailed status of your shipping.
When will I receive my order?
The duration of shipping is determined by the destination country. For Greece, it is usually 1-5 business days.
How is my order packaged?
All items are carefully packaged in specially designed boxes.
Do I have to sign upon receipt?
Yes, signing the receipt with your details and proof of your identity is required to receive the parcel.
Can I withdraw from my purchases?
In any case and without justification, you may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of making it.
In this case, you must return your product to its original state, Sealed, without having violated Security-Film of the Packaging and you can request the purchase of another product or a direct refund. This applies to all products except those whose dispatch was placed after your order. Shipping costs are charged to the Buyer. The product to be returned must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
