The submission of a Product order constitutes a binding offer for the purchase of said Products in the total price indicated upon submission of the order, including VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts, which you are entitled to, as visitor/customer. Your order is completed upon its acceptance by the Company and following the dispatch of the relevant confirmation e-mail to you, at the email address you have indicated when submitting the relevant order. If you do not receive the relevant confirmation e-mail regarding your order, please contact the Shop as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, in order to successfully complete the submission of your order.
The Shop uses a mechanism for the (whole or partial) cancellation of an order that has already been registered but not sent yet. To cancel an order (in whole or in part) you should send an email email@example.com. This option is available up to the moment we will notify you of the dispatch of your order. After that point of time, it is not possible to cancel.
